Before entering dental technology, Cullan built a strong foundation as a middle school technology teacher in New York, where he honed the problem-solving and technical skills that now define his lab work. He later pursued his passion for dentistry by graduating from the MATC Dental Technology program in 2016.

Cullan’s expertise spans both crown & bridge and removable applications. He brings extensive experience in staining and glazing restorations, making him versatile across both fixed and removable disciplines. He is also advancing his formal training by working toward his CDT certification, which he is already halfway through completing.

Cullan combines a teacher’s patience with a technician’s precision, bringing both technical mastery and a collaborative spirit to every project.

Caden is one of our repair/service engineers. Since joining, Caden has become a driving force in scaling our service operations and has taken on responsibilities well beyond his role.

Day-to-day, Caden splits his time between refurbishing CEREC equipment in our warehouse, running remote diagnostics, and guiding dentists step-by-step through complex equipment repairs. His ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and deliver results under pressure has made him a go-to resource for both interns and dentists.

Beyond his service role, Caden is a Certified SOLIDWORKS Associate (CSWA) in Mechanical Design, earning his certification through the University of Michigan. With a strong foundation in CAD, robotics, and mechanical design, he brings an innovative edge to our business — constantly pushing forward new ideas and solutions.

Sayori is a highly versatile technologist with experience spanning software engineering, CNC operation, and systems integration. Sayori currently works in install and network integration for new hotel construction projects, where she applies both technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving skills.

Her background includes roles as a Python Software Developer at RodeoFX, where she built automation tools and managed international database systems, and as a Technical Team Lead in large-scale online game development, where she directed a diverse global team. She also brings practical experience in electronics, robotics, and repair work, driven by a deep passion for building, troubleshooting, and innovating at the intersection of hardware and software.

With proven leadership ability, technical range, and a strong foundation in robotics and repair, Sayori adds a unique skill set that bridges engineering, integration, and real-world technical problem solving.
