A dedicated dental technologist with over a decade of experience in the field. Before entering dental technology, Cullan built a strong foundation as a middle school technology teacher in New York, where he honed the problem-solving and technical skills that now define his lab work. He later pursued his passion for dentistry by graduating from the MATC Dental Technology program in 2016.

Cullan’s expertise spans both crown & bridge and removable applications. He brings extensive experience in staining and glazing restorations, making him versatile across both fixed and removable disciplines. He is also advancing his formal training by working toward his CDT certification, which he is already halfway through completing.

Cullan combines a teacher’s patience with a technician’s precision, bringing both technical mastery and a collaborative spirit to every project.

Alejandro brings strong scanning experience, along with hands-on skills fabricating lithium disilicate and zirconia restorations, including implant cases.

On top of that, he’s comfortable around the technical side of the lab. He’s even worked with Damien before to troubleshoot milling machines, which shows his problem-solving mindset and ability to jump in when things need fixing.

Alejandro also brings leadership experience from private practice and the discipline of his United States Marine Corps service. Later this fall, he’ll be receiving a list of dates for a 4-month military dental lab technician training program, which will give him the chance to expand his skills even further.
