Kim brings over three decades of experience in crown and bridge restorations, implant design, and full digital workflow management. She is highly skilled in inLab, 3Shape, and Exocad CAD software, with extensive hands-on expertise across zirconia and titanium design, milling, and finishing. Throughout her career, Kim has led the implementation of advanced systems, hardware, and materials—bridging traditional craftsmanship with digital precision. Her leadership background includes managing production, maintaining lab efficiency, overseeing outsourcing relationships with major implant systems (Astra, BioHorizons, Zimmer, Straumann, Nobel, etc.), and training staff in 3D printing and CAM technologies.

Prior to joining CadCamDocs, Kim served as CAD/CAM Manager at Dental Professional Labs, where she streamlined operations and introduced modern digital workflows. She is inLab certified and has completed specialized training with Aidite, Carbon 3D, and other leading dental technology platforms.

Alejandro brings strong scanning experience, along with hands-on skills fabricating lithium disilicate and zirconia restorations, including implant cases.

On top of that, he’s comfortable around the technical side of the lab. He’s even worked with Damien before to troubleshoot milling machines, which shows his problem-solving mindset and ability to jump in when things need fixing.

Alejandro also brings leadership experience from private practice and the discipline of his United States Marine Corps service. Later this fall, he’ll be receiving a list of dates for a 4-month military dental lab technician training program, which will give him the chance to expand his skills even further.
